# Understand plans and usage

> A short guide to Explore, Supported+, connected voice time and pay-as-you-go messaging.

Supported.tech offers **Explore** and **Supported+**. The active plan determines monthly membership, included voice minutes, per-minute rates, available models, agent limits and call concurrency.

## Explore

* \$0 monthly membership
* \$0.25 per connected voice minute
* 2 agents and 3 parallel calls
* GPT-5.5 Instant, GPT-5.4-mini, GPT-5.4 and GPT-5.3

## Supported+

* \$159 monthly membership
* 550 voice minutes included, then \$0.19 per minute
* 5 agents and 20 parallel calls
* every Explore model plus exclusive GPT-5.6 Luna and GPT-5.6 Terra
* ElevenLabs voices included

## Messages

Chat, WhatsApp and SMS are pay as you go on both plans. Supported+ receives the lower per-message rates. There is no monthly messaging allowance.

## Estimates and actual usage

The website calculator models each call as a **one-minute session**. Your actual bill uses the connected voice time recorded for real calls. Number rental, carrier, destination and third-party service charges may apply separately.
