# Plans and pricing

> Compare Explore and Supported+ voice, messaging, models, agents and concurrency.

Supported.tech has two public plans. **Explore** keeps the commitment at zero and bills usage as it happens. **Supported+** adds included voice time, lower usage rates, more capacity and exclusive model access.

## Messaging is pay as you go

There is no bundled messaging credit. Messages are billed only when used.

## What the website calculator means by a call

The plan calculator treats one call as a **one-minute modeled session** so you can compare plans consistently. Actual voice usage is measured from real connected time and appears in your account usage records.

## Quick comparison at 600 voice minutes

* **Explore:** 600 × \$0.25 = **\$150.00**
* **Supported+:** \$159 + 50 additional minutes × \$0.19 = **\$168.50**

At that usage level Explore costs less. Supported+ is designed for teams that value its included capacity, lower ongoing rates, additional agents and concurrency, and exclusive models—not merely the lowest total at every possible volume.
